Who will be eligible to issue an official SRI certificate?

Answer:
According to Article 3 of the Implementing Regulation of 14.10.2020, Member States may decide that experts accredited or qualified to issue energy performance certificates, carry out inspections of HVAC systems, or perform energy audits are also competent to issue smart readiness indicator certificates. Member States may also set additional requirements for these experts.
