What are the upgrade levels?

The “Quick Exploration” feature provides the ability to quickly select and explore two upgrade options, individually designed for each base case. The upgrade options consist of a medium and a high-level upgrade option.
The Medium Upgrade provides a balanced recommendation between the current state and the more advanced High Standard option, resulting in a moderate SRI rating. This intermediate solution offers greater flexibility for homeowners and stakeholders.
The high standard upgrade suggests a set of advanced technical services aimed at achieving a high SRI score. The upgrade package includes the use of advanced technical building systems which are usually only used in new or newly renovated buildings and the application of high or highest levels of automatization.
